If you do not like an article supplied by us, you can send it back to us within the withdrawal period of 14 days.

Please always provide a copy of the invoice or order confirmation to your franked return.

After receiving and testing the goods (the item must be unused and in the original packaging) we refund the purchase amount without shipping costs.

In order for us to continue to realize our favorable online prices, we unfortunately do not accept any return costs when revocation.
