The lining material of the SCR case is a high-performance racing mix based on sintered metal, which also meets the highest demands of professional racers in international racing series. The material is used by Top – World Championship teams in racing series where carbon brakes are prohibited. It combines excellent durability even under the toughest conceivable stresses with extremely high friction values and is finely meterable. SCR loads are therefore also particularly suitable for use at Endurance races. The SCR mixture also strongly claims other components of the braking system. In particular in the case of cold braking, the brake disks are severely worn. Because of the high temperature development, we strongly advise, suitable and very high-quality brake fluid (z.B. TRW – Lucas Grand Prix). We recommend the use of SCR loads exclusively under professional racing conditions, where all components of the braking system are always in a new state. Therefore, the use of the SCR – loadings in hobby racing or track-days is advised.
